Terms And Conditions : Payment
Payment
We only accept cheque payments.
Once we received your order (quotation request) we will send you a formal quotation and an order
form.
You should sing and return the order form together with your payment for the total amount of
the order.
Your order will be processed after your payment is cleared.
Terms And Conditions : Delivery
Delivery Charges
The delivery charges are £20.00 for Base only systems, £25.00 for Base plus keyboard-mouse
systems and £30.00 for Full systems including Monitor. All inclusive of VAT@17.5%.
All delivery charges are included in our online prices and in the formal quotation(s). So we have no
hidden charges, the price you see during your configuration is what you pay.
However, If customers return any products within 15 days from the invoice date for a refund; the refund
will exlude the above delivery charges. So the customer will receive the purchase price LESS the above
delivery and handling charges. (It is the customer's responsibility to pay any delivery charges incurred
for returning products).

When to Expect Your Goods
We normally keep a limited stock of most components because each PC is produced to your specification.
So we need to order the missing parts. There for delivery time frame is from 5 to 10 working
days from the date your payment is cleared.
We will keep you informed, via e-mail, of the status of your order and estimated delivery dates.
Terms And Conditions : Warranty
Warranty : Hardware
Priman2000 Ltd (UK) warrants all of its PC hardware products for 1-year parts and labour on return
to Priman2000 Ltd (UK) basis, excluding the Monitors and Printers, which are under the individual
manufacturers, warranties and customers should deal directly with the manufacturer.
Warranty : Software
Priman2000 Ltd (UK) does not give any warranty of any kind to any Open Source Software that is
preloaded on your system.
The Linux PC systems, which have downloaded versions of Linux preloaded, only include software
that is licensed free under the GPL public license. As no licensing fee is passed on to the consumer,
Priman2000 Ltd (UK) makes no claims or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind, including
but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
to the extent permitted by law. Customer assumes entire risk as to the quality and performance
of the Open Source Software. Priman2000 Ltd (UK) is not liable for any damages including, but
not limited to, loss or corruption of data as a result of use of Open Source Software.
Terms And Conditions : Support
Support : Hardware
Priman2000 Ltd (UK) offers a One Year prompt email support. This support covers issues related
only to hardware for malfunctions and replacements excluding the Monitors and Printers. Please
e-mail us if you have any such problems.
Support : Software : Downloaded Linux
versions
The Linux PC systems, which have downloaded versions of Linux preloaded, only include software
that is licensed free under the GPL public license. As no licensing fee is passed on to the consumer,
we will try to support the issues that arise but the level of support and timing is at our discretion.
Typically we will go out of our way to help you solve your Open Source Software related issues.
The Linux online community has been highly praised for their level of technical support and commitment
to the public. Priman2000 Ltd (UK) does not claim to be trained experts in any Linux distribution;
therefore, Linux and other Open Source Software support can be obtained either from our online
support
links or for specific Linux distribution related support questions, please check the
ditrubitions web site.
Support : Software : Purchased boxed
Linux versions
If professional software support is a must for you or your organisation, we recommend purchasing
a boxed version of one of the commercial Linux distributions. These generally come with various
levels of phone and/or online support directly from the software vendor.
Terms And Conditions : Returns
Returns Policy : Hardware Products
Customers may return hardware products within 15 days from the invoice date for a refund of the
purchase price LESS delivery and handling (It is the customer's responsibility for any delivery
charges incurred for returning products).
Return eligibility
Hardware Products must be returned in a condition allowing re-sale. Customer must ship products
back to Priman2000 Ltd in its original packaging and condition, and prepay delivery charges.
If you have a product that needs to be returned, please follow these steps:
1. Request a RMA Number by using this form.
You need the invoice number and the item number(s) that you would like to return.
2. Give a brief reason for the return.
3. Within the next business day, we will assign a RMA# (Return Authorization).
You will be notified by e-mail. You must have a RMA# to receive credit for all returns.

5. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and credit
your account. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit to be issued.

Returns Policy : Software Products
NONE of the purchased software products are
REFUNDABLE.
Even you return the hardware, once purchased you have to keep the software product.
When you purchase a software product we open the sealed packaging, install the product and register
it in your name. Therefore no software product is refundable.
