Returns Policy : Hardware Products

Customers may return hardware products within 15 days from the invoice date for a refund of the purchase price LESS delivery and handling (It is the customer's responsibility for any delivery charges incurred for returning products).

Hardware Products must be returned in a condition allowing resale. Customer must ship products back to Priman2000 Ltd in its original packaging and condition, and prepay delivery charges.

If you have a product that needs to be returned, please follow these steps:

1. Request a RMA Number by using this form. You need the invoice number and the item number(s) that you would like to return.
2. Give a brief reason for the return.
3. Within the next business day, we will assign a RMA# (Return Authorization). You will be notified by e-mail. You must have a RMA# to receive credit for all returns.
4. You will also receive simple instructions for your return. Your package must be in its original box and you must write the RMA# on the OUTSIDE of the shipping box.
5. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and credit your account. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit to be issued.

Returns Policy : Software Products

NONE of the purchased software products are REFUNDABLE. Even you return the hardware, once purchased you have to keep the software product.
When you purchase a software product we open the sealed packaging, install the product and register it in your name. Therefore no software product is refundable.
